Where can mussels be found?
Mussels is one of the most popular seafood. Before they were found only in Europe, but they can now be found all over the world. of the most popular seafood is mussels. Most of the mussels sold for eating are farmed, which is why wild mussels are only a small part of the industry. Without wild mussels, there would be no farming. Commercial farming began in Spain and Italy in the early 20th century. The UK and Holland are both in the business, as are China, New Zealand, and Chile.
Are mussels healthy?
Mussels not only are yummy but it is also a very healthy dish! Indeed, they are rich in vitamin B-12 (good for nervous system and red blood cells), selenium (immune system) and manganese (brain, nervous system and general metabolism).
How to wash mussels before cooking theme?
After having bough your mussels from the shop, they will have to be nicely washed before being used in your recipe. First of all, add the fresh mussels in a big bowl of salty water. Let them soak in the bowl for 20 minutes about. It will help removing all the sand from the mussels and also make the cleaning process easier.
Once they have soaked, simply take a knife and simply remove the small hair coming out of it and scratch the small white shells that are sticked on it.
Rinse thoroughly and you are ready for our Mussels recipe with curry 🙂

This ingredient will give the creaminess to the sauce and will link all the ingredients and flavors in the yummy sauce.
- Curry powder
Make sure to choose a finely grinded powder it should not be to coarse,
